This irresistible mixed cake is sure to make any occasion more special!


  • 3 whole eggs

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) and 1/4 of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup butter (or margarine)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk


  • In a bowl put the butter or margarine, sugar, eggs and beat very well until you form a cream. 
    Add the milk and mix more. 
    Then gradually add the sifted flour and stir again very well. 
    Add the vanilla essence, baking powder and stir to homogenize the dough.
  • Divide the dough into two halves. 
    Add the chocolate powder to one of them and mix very well. 
    Place half of the white dough in a greased and floured baking dish, then half of the chocolate dough and repeat the process.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 40 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the cake. 
    Carefully remove from the oven and let the cake cool to room temperature.
  • Run a knife around the sides of the pan to make the unmolding process easier. 
    Unmold the mixed cake onto a plate or platter of your choice and the recipe is ready to be served.
