Ideal for those looking for a practical dessert, this lemon pavé has a refreshing flavor and is ready quickly!


  • 200 grams of cornstarch biscuits

  • 2 boxes of sour cream (200 grams each)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk (395 grams each)

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • Milk to moisten the cookies

  • 1/2 box of sour cream (100 grams)

  • 1 chocolate bar (100 grams)


  • Start by making the mousse. 
    For this, add the condensed milk and the lemon juice in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. 
    Turn off the blender to stir with a spoon and hit again for another 2 minutes. 
    Add the cream, beat until homogenized and leave in the fridge.
  • Lightly moisten the cookies in the milk and make the first layer with a few cookies on a platter. 
    Then put a little cream on top and repeat the process to make the other layers until the cream runs out or the dessert reaches the top of the platter. 
    Leave it in the fridge.
  • To make the ganache, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and mix with 1/2 box of cream until smooth and uniform. 
    Then carefully pour the ganache over the pavé and spread it evenly.
  • Return the dessert to the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours and the lemon pavé is ready to serve.
