In addition to being made without gelatin, this mango mousse uses fresh fruit in its preparation.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tommy mangoes (flesh cut into cubes)

  • 395g sweetened condensed milk

  • 200g heavy cream

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, add the mango flesh, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice.
  • Cover and blend until the mango pieces are fully broken down and the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Divide the mixture into dessert cups, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Decorate the mousse with small pieces of mango to taste, and it’s ready to serve.
