1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 pinch of salt
1 small bunch of parsley
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Add the egg, oil, vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt and a small bunch of parsley to the blender.
Beat for a few minutes and add oil until the desired consistency is achieved.
