Ingredients
1 tablespoon of oil
150g of chopped bacon
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 kg of minced meat
Green pepper (to taste)
1 chopped tomato
Green scent (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Bahia seasoning (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1 can of tomato paste
1 sachet of tomato sauce
1 cup (tea) water
1 pinch of sugar
FRESH lasagna noodles
300g sliced ham
300g sliced mozzarella
fresh parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add 150g of chopped bacon;
- fry;
- Add 1 medium chopped onion;
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic;
- Saute a little;
- Add 600g of ground beef;
- Add chopped green pepper (to taste);
- Add 1 chopped tomato;
- Add green smell (to taste);
- Add black pepper (to taste);
- Add Oregano (to taste);
- Add Bahian Seasoning (to taste);
- Add Salt (to taste);
- Mix well and let the meat cook;
- Add 1 can of tomato paste;
- Add 1 sachet of tomato sauce;
- Add 1 cup (tea) water;
- Add 1 pinch of sugar;
- Mix well;
- Let it cook for 3 minutes with the pan covered;
- Add some sauce to a serving dish;
- Add 1 layer of FRESH Lasagna Dough;
- Add another layer of sauce;
- Add a layer of Sliced Ham;
- Add a layer of sliced Mozzarella;
- Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients;
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes;
- Your ground beef lasagna is ready!
