Ingredients

500g ground beef
1 piece chopped onion
Garlic minced 4 cloves
Corn 1 can (200g)
Peas 1 can (200g)
1/2 cup (50g) chopped green olives
Tomato sauce 1 cup (240 mL)
Oil 2 tablespoons (26 mL)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
- Pasta
Egg 4 units
Milk 1 and 1/2 cup (360 mL)
Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
Oil 1/2 cup (120 mL)
1/2 piece seedless tomato
Parsley stalks
Salt to taste
Chemical yeast 1 1/2 tablespoon (22g)
Parmesan 2 tablespoons (20g)
Directions
- Filling
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add ground beef 500g;
- Let it brown;
- Make a space in the middle of the pan;
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add minced garlic 4 cloves;
- Leave for 1 minute;
- Mix;
- Add chopped onion 1 unit;
- Mix and let the onion become transparent;
- Add 1/2 cup (50g) chopped green olives;
- Add Pea 1 can (200g);
- Add Corn 1 can (200g);
- Add 1 cup (240 mL) tomato sauce;
- Add salt, oregano and black pepper to taste;
- Mix and let it cook for 3 minutes;
- Turn off the heat and add chopped parsley;
- Mix;
- Pasta
- In a blender, add Eggs 4 units;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup Milk (360 mL);
- Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) Oil;
- Add 1/2 unit seedless tomato;
- Add parsley stalks;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Beat well;
- Add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
- Cover and beat for 20 seconds;
- Clean the sides of the blender with a spatula;
- Cover and beat again;
- Add chemical yeast 1 1/2 tbsp (22g);
- Mix;
- Transfer half of the dough to a greased and floured baking sheet;
- Add all the stuffing;
- Add the rest of the dough;
- Add 2 tbsp Parmesan (20g);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
