Ingredients
1/2 liter of water
1/2 pineapple
1 apple
1 liter dry red wine
9 tablespoons of sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Cloves to taste
Directions
- Wash the pineapple and apple well, peel and reserve the skins of both fruits.Â
Pique your pulps and book them too. - Add the sugar, fruit peels, cinnamon and cloves to taste in a saucepan.Â
Place over medium heat, mix well and cook until syrupy.Â
Add the water and let it boil for about 5 minutes. - Turn off the fire and coe everything with a sieve.Â
Discard the peels and return the liquid to the pot.Â
Add the dry red wine and the pulp of the chopped fruits that you reserved. - Return the pan to medium heat, let the liquid boil for approximately 5 minutes and the mulled wine is ready to serve.Â
If you prefer, reserve the drink for a few hours before consuming so that it acquires even more fruit flavor.
