With simple ingredients and a special flavor, this onion cream is to delight!

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • Green seasoning to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Grate the onion and transfer to a pan. 
    Add the oil and sauté until golden, stirring constantly. 
    Add the salt, wheat flour and cook over medium heat, always stirring well and pressing down with a spoon to mix the ingredients well.
  • After being well mixed and with the consistency of farofa, add the chopped green seasoning. 
    Continue cooking over medium heat until the flour is golden, stirring constantly. 
    If you prefer, grind it in the crusher or blender and the onion cream is ready to eat.
