Ingredients
6 stale French breads or French toast breads
2 eggs
1 can of condensed milk
1 measure of milk can (320ml)
1 cup powdered sugar (sugar)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
Dulce de leche for filling (optional)
Directions
- Cut the loaves into thick slices (about 2 fingers thick) and arrange them side by side on a baking sheet.

- Add condensed milk and cow’s milk in a bowl and mix well.Â
Beat the eggs well, strain through a sieve and add to the mixture in the container.Â
Stir very well, pour over the slices of bread and let it rest for 20 minutes (turn the slices halfway through so they are very wet. - Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 30 minutes.Â
Remove the slices from the roast, pass them in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder and the oven-baked French toast is ready to eat.Â
If you prefer, you can cut the slices in half and fill with dulce de leche or other filling of your choice.
