  • 1 egg

  • 500 grams of wheat flour

  • 200 grams of seedless raisins

  • 200 grams of candied fruit

  • 2 cups of milk (warm)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil

  • 10 grams of yeast for bread

  • Panettone essence to taste (optional)


  • Place the sugar, milk, yeast, oil and egg in a blender. 
    Beat for approximately 3 minutes to homogenize and set aside.
  • In a container add the wheat flour, raisins, candied fruits and salt. 
    Mix well with a spoon and add the blender mixture. 
    Stir carefully for a few minutes, add the panettone essence and mix again until the dough is uniform.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured shape, smooth the surface and cover with a cloth. 
    Place inside the oven turned off and let the dough rest for at least 40 minutes, so that the yeast works and the dough rises.
  • Remove the cloth, turn on the oven and bake the panettone for approximately 1 hour in the oven at a temperature between 180º₢ and 200º₢. 
    Wait for the panettone to cool, unmold it on a platter or plate and the recipe is ready.Panettone Recipe
