Smooth and tasty, this passion fruit cake filling makes any dessert even more delicious!


  • Pulp of 2 passion fruit

  • 400 grams of sour cream

  • 395 grams condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon butter (dessert)


  • Beat the passion fruit pulp in a blender, sieve and transfer to a pan. 
    Bring to a boil over medium low heat and stir constantly until reduced and thickened. 
    Turn off the heat and reserve the passion fruit reduction in the pan or in a separate container.
  • In an empty pan put the condensed milk, the cream and cook without stopping stirring until the creamy mixture has the consistency of brigadeiro. 
    Turn off the heat and add the warmed passion fruit reduction with the still hot pan mixture.
  • Stir very well to homogenize the mixture. 
    Transfer the stuffing to a container and cover with plastic film in contact. 
    Leave the passion fruit filling in the fridge for a few hours and the recipe is ready.
