Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 ml of water

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 120 ml passion fruit juice

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon and 1/2 (soup) of baking powder

Directions

  • In a bowl add the eggs and mix well for 1 minute. 
    Add sugar, oil and beat for a few more minutes. 
    Add passion fruit juice, water, wheat flour, baking powder and mix for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. 
    Bake for approximately 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Carefully remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. 
    Unmold by passing a knife on the sides of the form to make it easier and the passion fruit cake is ready to serve.
