This broccoli pasta recipe is individual but you can double the ingredients or increase the amount as needed.


  • 100 grams of broccoli

  • 200 grams of macaroni

  • 2 sliced ​​garlic cloves

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • Olive oil or oil to taste

  • Chopped green pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste


  • Cook the pasta in salted water following the package instructions. 
    Remove all the water and reserve the cooked pasta.
  • Fry the sliced ​​garlic cloves with a little oil in the skillet until golden and set aside in a separate container. 
    Then sauté the crushed garlic until lightly golden, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook the broccoli bouquets in a pot of water until they are al dente or the texture of your choice. 
    Drain most of the water from the broccoli but reserve some for the pasta.
  • Add the noodles with the cooked broccoli and the fried crushed garlic. 
    Add salt and chopped green smell to taste and mix gently.
