Ingredients
2 eggs (110 g)
500 g raw peanuts
1 + 1/2 cups sugar (300 g)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder (8 g)
Directions
- Quickly blend half of the peanuts in a blender until they form a coarse flour, then transfer them to a mixing bowl. Blend the remaining peanuts the same way and add them to the bowl.
- Add the sugar and baking powder, and mix well. Pour in the beaten eggs, stir with a spoon, and then mix with your hands until the dough is smooth and uniform.

- Lightly grease your hands with oil and shape a small ball from a portion of the dough. Gently flatten it and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Shape the remaining dough into cookies in the same way and arrange them side by side on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for approximately 25 to 35 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper. They are then ready to serve.
