Officially, when Spider-Man: Brand New Day is released in theaters, we will spend more time than ever before with Spidey.
According to information revealed by AMC Theaters, the fourth installment of the franchise Spider-Man starring Tom Holland, will last 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes)surpassing the previous longest film from Spider-Man, Spider-Man: No Way Home (148 minutes).
The duration of 150 minutes of Brand New Dayplaces it on the list of the longest-running MCU films, being surpassed only by three installments:
- Avengers: Endgame (181 minutes)
- Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (161 minutes)
- Eternals (156 minutes)
Brand New Dayor as it is known in our region, Spider-Man: A new dayis Holland's first solo film as the superhero, since the release of the blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), and his seventh appearance in the Marvel cinematic universe.
At the end of No Way HomePeter Parker makes an enormous sacrifice to save New York City and the multiverse from destruction, inadvertently caused by Doctor Strange's spell that brought the return of Spidey villains like the Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus to the MCU from other dimensions.
