Surely everyone will fall in love with this practical and yummy peanut cake!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 50 ml of oil

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of chemical yeast for cake

  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 3 cups of peanut bran

Directions

  • Add the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. 
    Add the sugar and mix. 
    Add the peanut meal and mix well. 
    Add the oil, milk and mix again.
  • Gradually add the flour while mixing the ingredients. 
    Add the yeast and mix gently until the mass is homogenized. 
    Transfer the dough to a greased form.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes in the oven preheated to 180º₢. 
    Carefully remove and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Unmold the peanut cake by running a knife along the sides of the form and it is ready to be served.
