Ingredients

  • 2 cups (300 grams) sour starch

  • ¼ cup (tea) of water 50 ml

  • ¼ cup (tea) of oil 50 ml

  • 1 egg 50 grams

  • 1 teaspoon (heaping) salt

  • 6 tablespoons of water 75 ml

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 2 cups (tea) of sour flour 300 grams;
  • In a pan, add Add ¼ cup (tea) of water 50 ml;
  • Add ¼ cup (tea) of oil 50 ml;
  • Take it to the fire and let it boil;
  • Add the mixture from the pan over the sprinkle (slowly, while mixing);
