Yeah, the trip is back – this year as a compilation of several musically self-contained evenings. Trip what? Here is a small intro again, including the special features of this year.

It starts with bouncy hip hop breaks R’n’B clashes. Catnapp really excels here. She bundles a lot of energy into short, pushing tracks, mixes avant-pop with subversion and is definitely an experience live. Her last EP was released last year – with features by Modeselektor. Magi Merlin, on the other hand, is a bit more classically soulful. But no less exciting for that. She brings a contemporary refresh of soul and R’n’B with an electronic touch to the stage.
