Ingredients
01 tablespoon of oil
2 slices of calabrese sausage
01 chopped onion
01 chopped tomato
01 sachet of tomato sauce ready
01 box of sour cream
Parsley (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1/2 package of pasta of your choice
700ml of water
250g of mozzarella
Directions
- In a pressure cooker on the fire, add 01 tablespoon of oil;
- Add 2 slices of pepperoni sausage cut into slices;
- Let it braise;
- Add 01 chopped onion;
- Mix and let it cool;
- Add 01 chopped tomato;
- Add 01 sachet of tomato sauce ready;
- Add 01 box of milk cream;
- Add parsley (to taste);
- Add black pepper (to taste);
- Add some salt;
- Mix;
- Add 1/2 package of pasta of your choice;
- Add 700ml of water;
- Mix;
- Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes after getting the pressure;
- Turn off the heat and add 250g of mozzarella;
- Mix well;
- Your creamy pressure cooker pasta is ready!
