Ingredients

  • 01 tablespoon of oil

  • 2 slices of calabrese sausage

  • 01 chopped onion

  • 01 chopped tomato

  • 01 sachet of tomato sauce ready

  • 01 box of sour cream

  • Parsley (to taste)

  • Black pepper (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • 1/2 package of pasta of your choice

  • 700ml of water

  • 250g of mozzarella

Directions

  • In a pressure cooker on the fire, add 01 tablespoon of oil;
  • Add 2 slices of pepperoni sausage cut into slices;
  • Let it braise;
  • Add 01 chopped onion;
  • Mix and let it cool;
  • Add 01 chopped tomato;
  • Add 01 sachet of tomato sauce ready;
  • Add 01 box of milk cream;
  • Add parsley (to taste);
  • Add black pepper (to taste);
  • Add some salt;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1/2 package of pasta of your choice;
  • Add 700ml of water;
  • Mix;
  • Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes after getting the pressure;
  • Turn off the heat and add 250g of mozzarella;
  • Mix well;
