Let’s make a Brazilian Recipe for Pé de Moleque!

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of skinless roasted peanuts

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar (240 ml)

Directions

  • Add the sugar in a pan and bring to low heat. 
    Stir non stop until it melts and forms a caramelized syrup. 
    Add the peanuts, stir well and turn off the heat.
  • Transfer the still hot candy to a greased refractory with butter or margarine and spread it out well. 
    Pass the blade of a knife in the water, cut the sweet still warm as you prefer and the pé de moleque is ready.
