With few ingredients you can make a sweet rice that looks perfect!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice (tea)

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)

  • 2 cups of water (tea)

  • Cinnamon stick to taste

  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling to taste

Directions

  • Start by putting the rice and water in a pan. 
    Take to the low fire and cook until the rice is well cooked and dry. 
    With the fire still low, add the milk, cream and condensed milk. 
    Mix very well until the ingredients dissolve in the milk.
  • Add cinnamon stick to taste and mix some more. 
    Let it boil over low heat without the lid and stir from time to time so it doesn’t stick to the bottom. 
    Cook until the sweet rice starts to get creamy and turn off the heat (after cooling it will be creamier).
  • Wait for the sweet rice to cool down a bit so it doesn’t burn and serve it still warm if you prefer, or leave it in the fridge for a few hours to enjoy the cold dessert. 
    Finish sprinkling powdered cinnamon on top and the rice pudding is ready to serve.
