Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil

  • 1 piece chopped onion

  • 1/2 piece chopped yellow pepper

  • Peas 1 can (200g)

  • Green corn 1 can (200g)

  • Sardines 2 cans (160g)

  • parsley to taste

  • Tomato sauce 1 can (340g)

  • salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Water 2 cups (480 mL)

  • Corn flour 2 ½ cups (250g)

Directions

  • Grease a form with oil;
  • In a pan, add 1/3 cup (80 mL) Olive Oil;
  • Add chopped onion 1 unit;
  • Let it start to brown;
  • Add 1/2 piece chopped yellow pepper;
  • Add Pea 1 can (200g);
  • Add Green Corn 1 can (200g);
  • Add Sardine 2 cans (160g);
  • Add parsley to taste;
  • Add tomato sauce 1 can (340g);
  • Mix;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Add Water 2 cups (480 mL);
  • Mix;
  • When bubbles start to form, add 2 ½ cups (250g) Corn Flour little by little while mixing;
  • Leave on the fire for another 2 minutes;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Decoration
  • Add tomatoes, sardines, corn, peas and eggs in the pan;
  • Add the couscous and mash/press;
  • Add the decoration on the sides and finish with the couscous;
  • Place in the fridge for 4 hours;
