100 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt to taste
- Spread the butter in a frying pan and add the eggs but don’t stir them yet, just pierce the yolks.
Add salt to taste and place over low heat.
- When the yolks start to cook, add the milk and stir constantly until the point you prefer (creamy or more dry).
Turn off the heat and then serve the scrambled eggs.
