Practical and delicious, this bread pie recipe will delight everyone who tries it!


  • 3 eggs

  • 12 slices of crustless bread

  • 200 grams of ham

  • 400 grams of mozzarella

  • 500 grams of cream cheese

  • 500 ml of milk

  • Tomato to taste

  • Basil to taste

  • Gorgonzola cheese to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste


  • Place the eggs, pepper and salt to taste in a bowl. 
    Beat well, add the milk and mix until homogenized. 
    Dip the slices of bread into the mixture and make the first layer of the pie by placing them side by side in a shape or refractory lined with non-stick cooking paper or greased with butter, in order to occupy the entire bottom.
  • Spread half the cream cheese over the slices, then sprinkle 2/3 of the grated mozzarella, the chopped ham and gorgonzola cheese to taste. 
    Make another layer with slices of bread spread the other half of the curd. 
    Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and decorate with tomato slices to taste on top.
  • Bake the loaf pie in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese on the surface is well browned.
  • Carefully remove the pie from the oven and finish by placing some basil leaves on top to taste. 
    Cut the pie into pieces the way you prefer and the loaf pie is ready to serve.Shaped Bread Pie
