1 kilo of fresh shrimp
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup (tea) of ketchup
1 box of sour cream (200 grams)
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of oil
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
- Season the prawns with black pepper and salt to taste, mix and set aside.
In a pan put the oil and the chopped onion, take it to the fire and sauté, stirring occasionally.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and stir constantly until they are cooked and the broth has reduced.
Remove some of the broth so the shrimp doesn’t go overcooked.
- After the shrimp are almost dry add the ketchup, tomato sauce and mix well.
Add the cream and mix well to homogenize.
- Turn off the heat and transfer the stroganoff to a refractory.
Serve the shrimp stroganoff with rice and/or other side dishes of your choice, such as french fries or roasted potatoes, salad, etc.
