What’s delicious about shrimp stroganoff, it’s practical!


  • 1 kilo of fresh shrimp

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of ketchup

  • 1 box of sour cream (200 grams)

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Salt to taste


  • Season the prawns with black pepper and salt to taste, mix and set aside. 
    In a pan put the oil and the chopped onion, take it to the fire and sauté, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and stir constantly until they are cooked and the broth has reduced. 
    Remove some of the broth so the shrimp doesn’t go overcooked.
  • After the shrimp are almost dry add the ketchup, tomato sauce and mix well. 
    Add the cream and mix well to homogenize.
  • Turn off the heat and transfer the stroganoff to a refractory. 
    Serve the shrimp stroganoff with rice and/or other side dishes of your choice, such as french fries or roasted potatoes, salad, etc.Shrimp Stroganoff
