Simple Oven Rice
In addition to being practical and tasty, this simple oven rice is incredibly creamy!
1 box of sour cream
1 can of canned corn
2 cans of mixed vegetables
3 cups of cooked rice (cooked)
200 grams of cottage cheese
250 grams of ham
250 grams of mozzarella
Mozzarella to taste to cover
Oregano to taste
- In a bowl add the cream, the cream cheese and mix well.
Add the vegetables without water, the drained canned corn, the chopped ham and mozzarella cheese, the cooked rice and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a refractory and spread well.
Top with mozzarella cheese and oregano to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned, and the plain-oven rice is ready to be served.
