3 eggs
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) cornstarch
1 cup of regular milk (or 1 bottle of coconut milk)
1 tablespoon of baking powder for cake
Cinnamon powder to taste (optional)
Directions
- Add the eggs, butter or margarine, regular milk or coconut milk, sugar, and beat for 2 minutes.Â
Add the wheat flour, cornstarch and beat some more.Â
Add the yeast and beat again to mix. - Pour the cake batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet, sprinkle cinnamon powder and sugar on top if you prefer and bake for between 25 to 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 200º₢.
- Wait for the cake to cool to room temperature before serving and the recipe is ready to eat.
