500 grams of sour starch
150 grams of cheese
100 grams of lard or 100 ml of oil
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup of water (tea)
1 cup of milk (tea)
1/2 cup ice water (cold)
Directions
- Put the pork lard or oil, milk and 1 cup of water in a pan and heat until it boils.Â
In a separate container, add the sour starch and salt, mix well and add the hot milk mixture.Â
Stir again and add the ice water, eggs, cheese and stir again very well. - Shape the loaves with the help of two spoons and place them side by side on a greased baking sheet.Â
