Delicious and very easy to prepare, this stuffed gelatin is a great option for a practical dessert!
Impress your family and friends with this tasty and super easy stuffed jelly!
200 ml of milk
200 ml of coconut milk
250 ml of hot water
400 ml of ice water
4 tablespoons of Nest Milk or other powdered milk
2 strawberry jellies (or other flavor of your choice)
2 colorless, flavorless jellies
1 box of condensed milk
- Hydrate and dissolve the colorless jellies following the package instructions and transfer to a blender.
Add the milk, condensed milk, powdered milk and coconut milk.
- Beat for about 1 minute and transfer the mixture to an oiled pan.
Leave the creamy mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or until very firm.
Run a knife along the sides, unmold the pudding to loosen the bottom and then return it to the mold.
- Put the hot water in the blender and dissolve the strawberry jellies (or other flavor of your choice. Add the cold water and mix well. Pour the liquid mixture over the pudding and let it fill the sides and bottom.
- Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least another 2 hours, or until it is firm.
Unmold onto a plate or platter of your choice and the stuffed gelatin is ready.
