Prime Video released the first official trailer for the romantic drama The Idea of Youof the co-writer and director Michael Showalter (The Big Sick, Spoiler Alert), one of the high-profile projects that will be premiering this year on the streamer.
The plot focuses on Anne Hathaway playing Solène, a 40-year-old single mother who finds herself in a whirlwind romance with Hayes (Nicholas Galitzine of Red, White & Royal Blue), a member of a popular boy band he met while chaperoning his daughter at Coachella. As you might expect, dating a pop star, in addition to having a significant age difference, could cause some problems.
