The plot focuses on Anne Hathaway playing Solène, a 40-year-old single mother who finds herself in a whirlwind romance with Hayes (Nicholas Galitzine of Red, White & Royal Blue), a member of a popular boy band he met while chaperoning his daughter at Coachella.
