The Third Sound «Another Time, Another Place» – I was recently introduced to the quartet from Berlin via a promo email (yes, even in view of the omniscient algorithms, this classic form of music distribution is still helpful) – they play 80s-oriented wave pop with a dark atmosphere and ear-pleasing melodies. The new single comes from the new album “Most Perfect Solitude”, which will be released on Fuzz Club in April.
re:lapse “angelo” – I don’t want to neglect shoegaze in the blog, and if I can combine it with my new passion for Japan, all the better. 🙂 The re:lapse quartet has been active for several years and has members from, among others, For Tracy Hyde, a fairly well-known dream pop band. Very nice wobbly sound.
