For your vinaigrette to be perfect, you will need to use the ingredients on the list.

  • 3 chopped tomatoes

  • 1/2 chopped yellow pepper

  • 1/2 chopped red pepper

  • 1/2 chopped green pepper

  • parsley and chives to taste

  • 1/2 large chopped onion

  • 1 tahitian lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • olive oil to taste


  • In a large bowl, add 3 chopped tomatoes;
  • Add 1/2 chopped yellow pepper;
  • Add 1/2 chopped red pepper;
  • Add 1/2 chopped green pepper;
  • Add parsley and chives to taste;
  • Add 1/2 large chopped onion;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add the juice of 1 lime;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add olive oil to taste;
  • Add a little water;
  • Mix well;
  • Your vinaigrette is ready!
