The fifth Balance Festival starts today. The official festival and exhibition opening is at 6 p.m. in the East Garage. The exhibition “In:Visibilities” focuses on the everyday life of our post-pandemic reality.
At 8 p.m. the opening concerts begin at UT Connewitz. The duo BBB_ of alla popp and Alex Sahm performs its premiere of the immersive interactive gaming performance “Songs of Cyborgeoisie” – a kind of sci-fi opera with 12 scenes, virtual landscapes and futuristic sounds. Loraine James, Namasenda and Leipzig native Birthcore will also play that evening.
Tickets for the concerts and club nights are available from Tixforgigs. The exhibitions, workshops and panels are for free.
