210 g yogurt
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Place the yogurt in a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, allowing all the whey to drain off.
- After 24 hours, transfer the strained yogurt to another bowl.

- Add the olive oil, dried chives, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and seasoned salt. Mix well until fully combined.
- Serve the yogurt spread with bread, crackers, or toast. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator before and after serving.
