Enjoy a rich, creamy, and flavorful accompaniment with this simple and easy yogurt spread.

Ingredients

  • 210 g yogurt

  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried chives

  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Place the yogurt in a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, allowing all the whey to drain off.
  • After 24 hours, transfer the strained yogurt to another bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, dried chives, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and seasoned salt. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Serve the yogurt spread with bread, crackers, or toast. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator before and after serving.
