Ingredients
6 zucchini halves
2 cloves of garlic finely minced
400g of minced meat
1 very ripe tomato, chopped
color to taste
half chopped onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan with water, add half a tablespoon of salt;
- Add 6 zucchini halves;
- Let it start to boil for approximately 12 minutes (prick with a fork, if they are soft you can turn off);
- In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
- Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic;
- Let it brown;
- Add chopped onion;
- Mix;
- Add 400g of ground beef;
- Mix and let it fry;
- Add 1 very ripe tomato, chopped;
- Add paprika to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- Mix;
- Add green smell;
- Remove the core of the zucchini with a spoon;
- Place the zucchinis on the platter;
- Add the ground beef;
- Add Parmesan cheese and/or mozzarella on top;
- Take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees until fixings (20 minutes approximately);
