  • 6 zucchini halves

  • 2 cloves of garlic finely minced

  • 400g of minced meat

  • 1 very ripe tomato, chopped

  • color to taste

  • half chopped onion

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Black pepper to taste


  • In a pan with water, add half a tablespoon of salt;
  • Add 6 zucchini halves;
  • Let it start to boil for approximately 12 minutes (prick with a fork, if they are soft you can turn off);
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic;
  • Let it brown;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Mix;
  • Add 400g of ground beef;
  • Mix and let it fry;
  • Add 1 very ripe tomato, chopped;
  • Add paprika to taste;
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • Mix;
  • Add green smell;
  • Remove the core of the zucchini with a spoon;
  • Place the zucchinis on the platter;
  • Add the ground beef;
  • Add Parmesan cheese and/or mozzarella on top;
  • Take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees until fixings (20 minutes approximately);
