Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 cup of powdered milk (like Leite Ninho)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, cream and butter/margarine.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to boil.
- When it starts to boil, add the powdered milk little by little, stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
- Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and reaches the desired consistency. If you prefer a creamier frosting, you can leave it on the heat for a little less time.
- Turn off the heat and let the frosting cool before using it to top cakes, cupcakes or other desserts.
