Ingredients
1 packet of cornstarch or champagne type biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
2 cans of milk (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
2 cute
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 can of whey-free cream
Chocolate powder or chocolate shavings for decoration
Directions
- In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, milk, egg yolks and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you get a consistent cream. Add the vanilla essence and stir well. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream without whey until it reaches whipped cream consistency.
- In a baking dish, make a layer of cookies on the bottom.
- On top of the cookies, place a layer of the already cold cream.
- Repeat the process, making layers of cookies and cream, until you have finished all the ingredients. The last layer should be cream.
- Cover the pavé with whipped cream.
- Decorate with chocolate powder or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving, so that it is well chilled and firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
