Ingredients
3 minced garlic cloves
2 cups agulinha rice or parboiled rice or arborio rice
1 chicken broth

1 can of corn
Shredded chicken breast

1 spoon of tomato extract
1 small spoon of salt
1 spoon of butter
Directions
- Put a mug of water to boil;
- In a large pan on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
- Let it fry a little;
- Add 2 cups of agulinha rice or parboiled rice or arborio rice;
- Add 1 chicken stock;
- Add paprika;
- Add 1 tablespoon of salt;
- Add 1 can of corn;
- Add shredded chicken breast;
- Mix well;
- Add boiling water to cover;
- Cook until dry and rice is cooked through (add more boiling water if necessary);
- Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter;
- Mix;
- Mix for 2 minutes;
- Your chicken risotto is ready!
