Ingredients

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 2 cups agulinha rice or parboiled rice or arborio rice

  • 1 chicken broth

  • colorau

  • 1 can of corn

  • Shredded chicken breast

  • green smell to taste

  • 1 spoon of tomato extract

  • 1 small spoon of salt

  • 1 spoon of butter

Directions

  • Put a mug of water to boil;
  • In a large pan on the fire, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
  • Let it fry a little;
  • Add 2 cups of agulinha rice or parboiled rice or arborio rice;
  • Add 1 chicken stock;
  • Add paprika;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of salt;
  • Add 1 can of corn;
  • Add shredded chicken breast;
  • Mix well;
  • Add boiling water to cover;
  • Cook until dry and rice is cooked through (add more boiling water if necessary);
  • Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • Mix;
  • Mix for 2 minutes;
