1/2 cup of dried hibiscus flowers (or 40 g of fresh hibiscus)
300 ml of boiling water
Directions
- Place the hibiscus flowers in an infuser teapot, kettle, or small saucepan.
- Add a little of the boiling water and mash the petals well.

- Pour in the remaining boiling water and mash the petals again.
