Ingredients
200g feta cheese
60g sliced olives
2 tablespoons filtered water
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 head of garlic
Thyme to taste
Directions
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the feta cheese placed in a baking dish. Add the sliced olives and the garlic cloves around the cheese.
- Add thyme to taste and drizzle a little more olive oil over the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.

- Remove the thyme sprigs and transfer the cheese, olives, and garlic to a food processor or another container if using a hand blender.
- Add the water and blend the ingredients until a smooth and creamy paste forms. The pâté is ready to serve.
