Make this homemade and delicious mango jam is so easy that you’ll be surprised.

Ingredients

  • 320 g of chopped mango pulp

  • 160 g of granulated sugar

  • 50 ml of vinegar

Directions

  • Add the chopped mango pulp, sugar, and vinegar to a saucepan.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • Enjoy the jam however you like and store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
