1 kg apples (before peeling)
50 ml vinegar
500 g sugar

- Thoroughly blend the peeled and chopped apples using a food processor or hand blender.

- Add the blended apples, sugar, and vinegar to a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency.

- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool, either in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
- Enjoy the jam as desired, and store it in the refrigerator before and after serving.
