Ingredients
300 ml of milk
1 can of green corn
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Black pepper to taste
Green smell to taste
Directions
- Place half of the drained green corn in the blender.
Add the milk and flour, beat well and set aside.
Add the butter or margarine to a pan and melt over medium-low heat. - Add the other half of the corn and the chopped onion.
Mix well while sautéing for a few minutes and add the blender mixture.
Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. - Add salt, chopped parsley and black pepper to taste.
Add the cream, mix well and cook for another 1 minute, or until it starts to bubble.
Turn off the heat and the cream of corn is ready to serve.
