Surprise yourself with this tasty sweet potato bread made without wheat flour and without yeast!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 3 cups powdered milk (powdered)

  • 1 cup boiled sweet potato

  • 1 spoon (coffee/0 of chemical baking powder)

  • 1 tablespoon demerara sugar (optional)

Directions

  • Peel the boiled sweet potato and mash it well in a bowl. 
    Add eggs, oil and mix well. 
    Add the demerara sugar (optional), the powdered milk and mix more. 
    Finally, add the baking powder and stir until the dough is homogenized.
  • Grease your hands with water and shape the breads with portions of the dough in the way you prefer. 
    Arrange them side by side on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the buns from the oven, wait for them to cool down a bit and the sweet potato bread recipe is ready.
