Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of oil
3 cups powdered milk (powdered)
1 cup boiled sweet potato
1 spoon (coffee/0 of chemical baking powder)
1 tablespoon demerara sugar (optional)
Directions
- Peel the boiled sweet potato and mash it well in a bowl.Â
Add eggs, oil and mix well.Â
Add the demerara sugar (optional), the powdered milk and mix more.Â
Finally, add the baking powder and stir until the dough is homogenized.
- Grease your hands with water and shape the breads with portions of the dough in the way you prefer.Â
Arrange them side by side on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. - Carefully remove the buns from the oven, wait for them to cool down a bit and the sweet potato bread recipe is ready.
