Ingredients
- Pasta
3 eggs
100 ml of oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 cup (tea) of water
Zest of 1 lemon

40 ml of water
1 packet of lemon juice powder
1 box of condensed milk
Directions
- Add the eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest, water, lemon juice and flour to the blender.Â
Beat for about 3 minutes, add the baking powder and stir with a spoon until the dough is smooth and uniform. - In a greased and infarinhada shape, pour the dough and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 50 minutes.
