Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups of sour or sweet flour
1 box of condensed milk
Directions
- Separate the yolks from the whites.Â
Reserve the whites, transfer only the yolks to a mixer and beat well.Â
Add the condensed milk and beat some more.Â
Add the sprinkle to the yolk mixture and stir well until it forms a creamy and homogeneous mass. - Whisk the egg whites in a stand mixer until frothy and add to the dough.Â
Mix very well so the dough is uniform and transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape. - Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 minutes, until golden on the outside.Â
Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. - Run a knife along the sides of the roast, unmold the cornmeal cake on a platter or plate of your choice and the recipe is ready to serve.
