Impossible not to fall in love with this sprinkle cake recipe!


  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of sour or sweet flour

  • 1 box of condensed milk


  • Separate the yolks from the whites. 
    Reserve the whites, transfer only the yolks to a mixer and beat well. 
    Add the condensed milk and beat some more. 
    Add the sprinkle to the yolk mixture and stir well until it forms a creamy and homogeneous mass.
  • Whisk the egg whites in a stand mixer until frothy and add to the dough. 
    Mix very well so the dough is uniform and transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape.
  • Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 30 minutes, until golden on the outside. 
    Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Run a knife along the sides of the roast, unmold the cornmeal cake on a platter or plate of your choice and the recipe is ready to serve.
